Starting as Chemical Engineering Student

My decision moving from Ocean Engineering to Chemical Engineering isn't going smooth initially. The comfort zone, good friends and the path that seems pretty clear to pursue must be start all over again. 

 My feeling told me that there is always consequences in every decision. So then I am trying to cooperate with my new friends, trying to understand the situation inside this department and so on. Basically in Chemical Engineering is full of smart people, did you know that Chemical Engineering is the best department in ITS from input and output student. 

 Based on this fact I realize that the atmosphere of competition much harder than before. From my experience in my previous department, I am trying to accelerate in adapt with my friends and the sophomore. 

 The connection between one and the other is very important, I am trying to cooperate with the final year student knowing how they spend their college life. Many activities that I can join since the first year to develop my capabilities. 

 I do realize that my weakness is in english, I didn't have any experience in learning english professionally. Shortly after I join english debate club, In this club I learn how to speak fluently, how to speak confidently, a bit grammar and vocab. The only thing that I did is speak, whatever the context, people doesn't care about your grammar and your vocab when you are speaking. 

 It is really hard for me, but I didn't quit. Because "Winners never quit, quitters never win". Every weekend I spent most of my free time to practice with this team. Sometimes we join the competition in nearest location from the city, Malang. Student in Malang University much more advanced in this thing and also their interest compare with my University. 

 So, my suggestion for all of you. Wherever you will start your study, your career, or everything in your life. You need to understand the game. How the older people start and run that things. Then what you need to do is prepare yourself to get better and better than others.

This is a piece of my story after college life in September 2017. Just like fresh graduates, generally before graduation Me and my friends are busy looking for vacancies via offline or online. We also attended career fairs at other universities, I used all of my money from part-time tutors for the costs of participating in the career fair. So this time I want to discuss the distribution of financial post for myself. I thought about this since I graduated from college because in college I was only looking for money to pay for college and daily needs. But in my early career, I think this is the best time to start a real life where there is no time limit. I started to learn both from the books I read about how to save and invest, listen to seminars on YouTube, various kinds of content, YouTube that discussed this both domestically and abroad and listened to podcasts on this subject.
